The market
has been very strong here in Snohomish County and desirable
properties sell quickly. Many available homes are not
advertised because they sell without having to advertise, and
many homes with "For Sale" signs may be sold even if there is
not a "Sold" sign posted because they are in the inspection
phase of the sale.
